Active Gold Holding PLC is a Russian based mining company which is privately owned by highly reputable Swiss and Russian families. The Company owns the rights to 4 alluvial mines and one hard rock mine in the Altai Republic of Western Siberia. It started operations in 2008 after a 3 year period of research and investment. Since then, it has extracted over 300 kg of gold from its first alluvial mine, making the Company cash flow positive.

The Company is looking to raise $16.5m up to $50m in order to accelerate and expand operations to all 5 mines and to further develop the business.
